1.3. Desktop users will be directed to WhatsApp for order placement.

1.4. We require a minimum of 2 days' notice for all orders.

1.5. Custom orders may require additional lead time and are subject to approval.

2. Availability and Acceptance

2.1. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

2.2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason.

3. Payment Policy

3.1. Full payment is required upon order confirmation.

3.2. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Airtel Money transfers-which will require a withdrawal fee.

3.3. For large or custom orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.

4. Changes to Orders

4.1. Any changes to an existing order must be made at least 2 days in advance of the scheduled delivery or pickup date.

4.2. Changes include but are not limited to modifications in quantity, product selection, delivery address, or pickup time.

4.3. We will make every effort to accommodate change requests, but we cannot guarantee the availability or acceptance of changes made within the specified timeframe.

5. Delivery and Pickup Policy

5.1. Delivery options are available for standard orders within Lusaka via a courier of your choosing. Additional charges may apply based on the delivery location and order size.

5.2. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided.

5.3. Pickup orders must be collected at the agreed-upon time. We are not responsible for orders not picked up on time.

5.4. For large orders, we highly recommend pickup arrangements. Pickup orders ensure the safe transportation of delicate products and allow for easier handling of large quantities.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1. Cancellations must be made at least a day before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

6.2. Orders canceled within the specified timeframe may be eligible for a partial refund of 40 per cent, minus any applicable fees.

6.3. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than a day before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

7.1. Our products may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, etc. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when placing your order.
